Arlington National Cemetery, Va - (Sept. 11, 2019) Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) Commander Rear Adm. Kelly Aeschbach and Lt. Cmdr. Adam Seiler of the CNO-Intelligence Plot (CNO-IP) lay a memorial wreath during a September 11th Ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery. Eight ONI shipmates serving in the CNO-IP Office in the Pentagon perished during the terrorist attacks that day: Cmdr. Dan Shanower, Lt. Cmdr Vince Tolbert, Lt. Jonas Panik, Lt. Darin Pontell, Petty Officer 1st Class Julian Cooper, Angela Houtz, Brady Howell, and Gerard Moran.
