Due to the partial government shutdown, some employees within the NMIC may be affected. Employees should check with their supervisors and chain of command for further guidance.

As a rule, you should consider local guidance from ONI (disseminated via At Hoc) as more authoritative than regional guidance from OPM unless OPM’s guidance is more restrictive.
