Home : Welcome Aboard : Military Reserve Personnel

Welcome to the National Maritime Intelligence Center (NMIC) and the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). Our mission at ONI is to collect, analyze, and produce maritime intelligence and disseminate that intelligence rapidly to strategic, operational, and tactical decision makers to meet Navy, Department of Defense, and national requirements.

During your drill weekends, annual training (AT) or active duty for training (ADT) period, you will be assigned to the area or project where your knowledge, skills, and mobilization training will be best used and enhanced. ONI’s Reserve Management Office will assist in making your time at ONI a valuable and productive experience. I urge you to take advantage of your time here to learn as much as possible about ONI and its contributions to national security.

Whether you are a veteran or newcomer to ONI, we welcome you and look forward to a mutually enjoyable, beneficial, and productive experience.
